The Supersonic 10K is a fantastic flat and fast course, great for setting a quick time or for a chance to take in the stunning Bournemouth coastline at your own pace. Starting and finishing near the Run Bournemouth Hub in the Lower Gardens, this beautiful coastal route heads along Undercliff Drive past some of the lovely Beach Huts, before turning back towards Bournemouth.
The Supersonic 10K route allows runners the rare opportunity to run along the iconic Bournemouth Pier, before finishing in the gorgeous Lower Gardens for a well-deserved ice cream!

The Bournemouth Marathon Festival brings many distances together in one unique festival of running. Running the Bournemouth Marathon for MHA means there’s a team of people around you every step of the way, giving you a lift and inspiring you on to the finish line. By taking part you’ll raise vital funds for MHA and make a real difference!
The course is fast and picturesque, making it a must-do for anyone looking to set a PB. With eight races to choose from there is something for all abilities, so if you don’t feel up to running a full marathon, then why not enter the half marathon, Supersonic 10k or Supernova 5k?

By fundraising for Best For Ages, you are helping to connect older people in communities that care. Every penny of your donation will go further to reduce loneliness and isolation across the UK as well as funding award-winning music therapy in our dementia care homes. £6 could help us deliver a week's Telebuddies service, providing a regular phone call to check on five isolated older people living alone.
£50 could train a volunteer befriender for an isolated older person, helping to reduce loneliness and isolation in their own home.
£180 could fund a Music Therapist for a day, working to reduce anxiety in four 1:1 sessions and one group session.
